8th Grade Socratic Seminar

Today in Avid, our 8th grade girls participated in their first Socratic Seminar!! They were posed the question, "Does non-verbal communication impact the attitudes or decisions of others around them?" After reviewing an article on Non Verbal Communication, the students used evidence from the article to converse, pose questions, and defend their ideas on the subject.
